Mahyar is a pioneering figure in the global cryptocurrency and blockchain space, with roots tracing back to Ethereum’s inception in Toronto. The options will be exercisable for a period of five (5) years from the date of the grant and are subject to the terms of the Company's stock option plan and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
