MoonPay, the global financial technology company for moving value across fiat and digital assets, has acquired Rhythm, an onchain trading signals platform built to help users discover opportunities, execute trades and manage risk in fast-moving markets.
The acquisition brings Rhythm’s technology and three co-founders, Joseph Murphy, James Miller and Lincoln Barnett III, to MoonPay. Together, they bring experience spanning product development, engineering, entrepreneurship, decentralized finance and onchain trading.
Rhythm became the first investment from MoonPay Labs in 2025, reflecting MoonPay’s early conviction in both the product and the team behind it.
