Bright Moments, the NFT art gallery offering unforgettable, global IRL minting experiences, is launching Bright Opportunities, an NFT and Web3 investment DAO. The Bright Opportunities DAO will give members access to new NFT investment options, and unlock additional value within the Bright Moments ecosystem.
The Bright Opportunities DAO is being launched as a dedicated investment DAO to invest in NFTs from leading collections and artists, participate in all of the Bright Moments IRL minting experiences and invest in new projects that emerge from or are supported by the Bright Moments community. Bright Opportunities will be limited to 99 accredited investors from the Bright Moments’ Crypto Citizen community, and applicants must hold one of Bright Moments’ Crypto Citizen NFTs.
The Bright Opportunities DAO will be committed to collecting, preserving, and holding NFT-related projects created within or supported by participants of the Bright Moments ecosystem. The new investment DAO benefits the overall Bright Moments community – where every Crypto Citizen NFT holder is an equal member – through Bright Moments participation in Bright Opportunities. Additionally, both artists that work with Bright Moments and the participating Bright Opportunities members will benefit from the insight and knowledge that Bright Moments generates through its network of IRL galleries and global IRL minting experiences.

Applications for the Bright Opportunities DAO open on March 23rd, and it will begin accepting contributions from approved members on April 6th. Individual members who meet the accreditation and compliance criteria can join by contributing 20 ETH for 100,000 tokens in the DAO, up to a limit of 900,000 tokens. Members of both Bright Moments and Bright Opportunities will vote to appoint certain delegates to represent the community and the DAO.
