CoinMarketCap, the leading resource for cryptocurrency prices and analytics, has released a new version of its mobile app for iOS and Android.
The aplication introduces such features as crypto & exchange rankings, portfolio tracking, price alerts, news from various media outlets.
French Minister of the Economy and Finance, Bruno Le Maire, has stated that blockchain technology is a priority for his country’s government.
Le Maire made his remarks during an interview with French economics and business magazine Capital on April 15.
Corporate Traveller, the leading provider of business travel services in the United Kingdom, has partnered with blockchain payment provider BitPay to accept bitcoin and bitcoin cash payments from its SME (small and medium-sized enterprises) customers for business travel bookings.
BitPay transactions will settle in Corporate Traveller’s bank account in GBP within up to two business days.
Arthur Hayes, co-founder and CEO of major crypto derivatives exchange BitMEX, has revealed that the firm is hoping to open a cryptocurrency options platform in the medium term.
“We hope to possibly have our own options platform in maybe 12 to 18 months,” said Hayes during an interview on the Venture Coinist podcast.
Samsung SDS has agreed to form business ties with Indian IT giant Tech Mahindra in a bid to enter the overseas blockchain market with its Nexledger blockchain platform.
“Samsung SDS agreed to cooperate with Tech Mahindra to expand the usage of the Nexledger platform overseas,” the system integration arm of Samsung Group said.
Under the agreement, the two will seek more business opportunities in the blockchain markets in India, the United States and Europe and cooperate to upgrade the Nexledger platform.
