OKX launched pre-IPO markets and tokenized stocks for eligible traders across Europe. Traders can now take positions on private companies, including OpenAI and Anthropic, before they list as well as trade public stocks outside traditional market hours.
Pre-IPO X-Perps open with OpenAI and Anthropic, giving traders long and short exposure to the implied valuation of private companies with up to 10x leverage. Positions can be opened and closed at any time, and each pre-IPO market launches with deep liquidity. OKX will continue to add pre-IPO markets as they become relevant.
Tokenized stocks let OKX customers trade popular equities 24/7, launching with 100 markets including SpaceX, Google, NVIDIA and Palantir, along with the SPY and QQQ ETFs, and new markets added weekly. Customers can buy, sell and convert them, or trade them in a live market using limit, market, stop, TWAP and Iceberg orders outside market hours. Stock positions can also be used as collateral for X-Perps and run inside DCA and Grid bots. Supported tokens can be deposited and withdrawn on-chain, including to a self-custody wallet. They track the underlying share price without conferring direct ownership or voting rights.

We’re now making pre-IPO markets and tokenized stocks available with the depth to trade at size. European traders shouldn’t have to put up with stripped-back products or unregulated platforms to reach the markets they care about.”
Both products sit alongside crypto spot, X-Perps, Bots, Earn and Pay in a single OKX account without the need to switch platforms, removing the need for European traders to manage separate crypto and brokerage accounts. Traders can use the same order types, bots and margin balance across all of them.
