In this role, Mr. Hernandez will be responsible for supporting the firm’s M&A and strategic advisory practice in the financial institutions sector, help accelerate the growth of the firm’s capabilities, and deepen its institutional knowledge particularly in the Regional Bank and Mid-Size Community Bank sectors.
Hernan joins MJC Partners with a distinguished career of over 30+ years of experience, which includes a variety of roles across the financial services industry. Prior to joining MJC Partners, Hernan served as the Director of Investment Banking and Capital Markets at Credit Suisse, Senior Vice President and Manager of Corporate Development at City National Bank, and First Vice President at Comerica Bancorp.
Hernan also currently serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Mid-Sized Bank Coalition, who advocates for mid-size banks by educating and engaging policy makers on important policy issues that help mid-size banks serve and strengthen the economy.
