The team added three members to the Member Success (MS) help desk: Umer Murtaza, Carl Palabrica, and Tyra Delos Santos. This trifecta of experts will help with remote technical support over the phone or online to serve clients, internal teams, and stakeholders regarding market share data, analysis, and insights. Sterling Baldwin will also be joining the team as an MS implementation specialist who will ensure the smooth integration of Nurp’s cutting-edge algorithms into clients' workflows. Thanks to his experience with Suse, a distinguished company providing operational and enterprise support for Linux systems, Baldwin excels in client communication and using strong technical skills to problem solve in the moment. Baldwin will guide clients through onboarding, algorithmic program setup, and client support.
Steve Took will take on the role of creative editor, where he will spearhead editing and designing compelling content across Nurp’s diverse range of brands, primarily focusing on enhancing CEO Jeff Sekinger's personal brand and other company-related materials.
