Hendrikse and Radage bring decades of experience in B2B software, positioning Comm100 for future growth
VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Comm100, a global provider of omnichannel customer engagement solutions that connect brands with their customers, announced today that it has named seasoned SaaS executive Stijn Hendrikse and experienced operations leader Kalle Radage to its board of directors. Both bring decades of experience helping SaaS B2B companies scale.
“We are charting an ambitious path forward for Comm100 as we bring our vision of a complete digital customer engagement strategy accessible to all companies to the market,” said Kevin Gao, CEO, Comm100. “Stijn and Kalle know Comm100 well from their previous collaborations with us, and I know they are completely aligned with our strategic vision. Their experience and expertise will provide valuable guidance for us as we scale.”
Hendrikse brings more than 20 years of experience in SaaS marketing and growth strategies to Comm100. He is currently the CEO of Kalungi, a marketing agency that specializes in assisting B2B SaaS companies, as well as an operating executive for Trilogy Search Partners, where he supports search fund entrepreneurs. Previously, Hendrikse served as CMO and CEO for several B2B SaaS companies, including MightyCall and Acumatica, and led global SMB marketing for Microsoft, including the launch of Office 365. He also serves on the board of Fraxion, a cloud-based spend management solution for midsized companies.
“Comm100 is providing a much-needed service to the digital customer engagement market—especially to smaller companies that might not otherwise have the resources for a full strategy,” said Hendrikse. “I’m looking forward to helping Comm100 shape the strategy that will bring them to the next level.”
Radage is an active member of the technology community as an advisor, investor and board member. He is the founder and director of Clearly Payments, a low-cost payment and credit card processing company, and is COO of Neptune Digital Assets, a blockchain company that manages a diversified cryptocurrency portfolio. He has also held leadership positions at Payfirma, which was acquired by Merrco Payments; Oracle; Nokia and Sabela Media, which was also acquired. Radage has also served as a venture capitalist at Nokia Ventures and BDC Venture Capital.
“Comm100 has been a valuable member of the Vancouver tech ecosystem for the last 12 years, and its plans over the years to come will only position it for further growth,” said Radage. “I’m glad to be working with the Comm100 team again and confident that together we will create a lasting impact for Comm100’s customers and the broader industry.”
