RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Octo, the IT modernization provider for the Federal Government and a member of the Octo Metric Joint Venture (JV) with Metric5, announced today it has won a CIO-SP3 SB award to provide IT modernization and data sciences services for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) under the Predictive Lake Analytics Nextgen eXchange Services (PLANXS) task order. The five-year task order will allow Octo to support development and enhancement of capabilities for advanced analytics and data reporting as well as data brokering for IT systems and applications. Octo Metric will incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), configuration management, advanced DevSecOps, and user centered design among other capabilities and best practices. Octo Metric will also provide architecture design, implementation, and support and legacy operational maintenance alongside user training and change control.
