Native utility token to launch following a public sale that opened in August and was expanded to a combined offering of up to $2.5 million
GEORGE TOWN, Cayman Islands, Sept. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CZR Exchange, a global digital-asset platform, said today it has entered the final phase of preparation for the October 1, 2026 launch of CZR Token ($CZR), the native utility token of the CZR ecosystem.

The token is designed to connect CZR’s portfolio of digital-asset products through a single utility layer. The company said the launch represents a significant expansion of the CZR ecosystem.
The CZR Token public sale opened on August 24, when CZR Exchange reported that an initial $2 million allocation sold out and became oversubscribed in under one hour. The company opened an additional $500,000 round on August 31, bringing the combined offering to up to $2.5 million.

The token launch comes during a broader period of development for CZR Exchange. The company has been expanding its product ecosystem across spot trading, futures, copy trading, CZR Earn, wallet infrastructure and additional digital-asset services.
CZR Exchange said it views the launch of $CZR as an opportunity to strengthen the connection between its platform, products and global community.
The official launch of CZR Token is scheduled for October 1, 2026. Further launch information will be communicated through CZR Exchange’s official channels as the date approaches.
