GEORGE TOWN, Cayman Islands, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BTCC, the world’s longest-serving cryptocurrency exchange, sponsored the final Red Eagle Foundation charity golf day of 2026, held at London Golf Club on 22 October 2026, which raised £34,750 for the organization.

England football legend Ashley Cole was the headline guest. After a round of golf played by 24 teams, Cole joined Red Eagle Foundation Charity Ambassador and former Chelsea player Scott Minto for a Q&A on his career, from his path into football to the ups and downs along the way.

Guests also took part in Beat the Pro challenges with Enzo Avery and Lucy Robson. Comedian Aaron James entertained the crowd and led a live auction.

BTCC has partnered with the Red Eagle Foundation since 2024. This year’s support also included the South-East Construction Cup Heat 1 at London Golf Club in March, headlined by Les Ferdinand MBE, which raised £35,000, and a summer series of three golf days in June and July. By July, the Foundation’s 2026 golf events had raised £88,000. The Foundation supports disabled, disadvantaged and terminally ill children in England, and BTCC looks forward to continuing the partnership in 2027.
