Autonomys Network and Phala Network Announce Strategic Integration to Advance Privacy-Preserving AI Infrastructure

February 20, 2025 By Crypto Reporter PR

Autonomys Network, a pioneering force in decentralized AI (deAI) infrastructure, today announced its integration with Phala Network, a leading provider of confidential computing solutions. This integration will enable advanced privacy-preserving AI execution on-chain, reinforcing the foundation for AI3.0—a new era of decentralized, scalable, and privacy-first artificial intelligence.

Autonomys Network is developing a hyper-scalable infrastructure stack that includes high-throughput, permanent distributed storage, data availability and access, and modular execution. By integrating Phala’s confidential computing capabilities, Autonomys strengthens its ability to process AI workloads with enhanced privacy, ensuring sensitive data remains protected while enabling real-time AI-powered applications across decentralized ecosystems.

“Privacy is fundamental to the future of AI, and this integration ensures that AI-powered decentralized applications (super dApps) can execute with the highest level of security,” said Todd Ruoff, CEO of Autonomys Network. “By leveraging Phala’s cutting-edge confidential computing framework, we are enabling a new standard for trustless AI execution—one that empowers developers to build next-generation AI applications with both scale and security in mind.”

Phala Network has been at the forefront of confidential computing in Web3, providing infrastructure that allows decentralized applications to operate without compromising user data. Through this collaboration, Autonomys will integrate Phala’s decentralized Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs), allowing AI models to be trained and executed securely while preserving user privacy.

“Autonomys is pushing the boundaries of AI decentralization, and we are excited to support this vision with our confidential computing technology,” said (Phala Spokesperson) at Phala Network. “This integration underscores our commitment to providing scalable, privacy-first solutions for AI applications in the Web3 space, ensuring that developers can build with confidence while maintaining data integrity.”

The collaboration between Autonomys and Phala represents a significant step toward enabling secure and scalable AI-powered applications. As decentralized AI continues to gain traction, this integration sets a new benchmark for privacy and computation, bridging the gap between AI3.0 and trustless execution.
