At the end of last year, the 39-year-old officially ended his professional football player career, during which he won European championship and became a runner-up, as well as gained nine Italian championship titles with Juventus Turin.
The last club in Chiellini’s career was Los Angeles FC (USA), with which he reached the MLS League final last year and won the entire competition the year before. For the Italian national team, the central defender played 117 matches and scored 8 goals. He spent most of his career, as many as 15 seasons, with Juventus FC, with whom he won 9 national championship titles, 5 Italian Cups and 5 Italian Super Cups. In 561 games for Juventus in Turin, he scored 36 goals. During his career, he also won the title of European Champion and Vice-Champion.
