Gunzilla Games, the AAA game studio and developer of the GUNZ blockchain, announces the native integration of GUNZ with OpenSea, making GUNZ the 9th blockchain to be supported by the leading peer-to-peer NFT marketplace. GUNZ, built on a custom Avalanсhe Subnet, empowers AAA game developers with the tools to build player-driven economies by providing players full ownership of in-game assets as tradeable NFTs.
The integration of GUNZ into OpenSea will provide a compliant and transparent NFT marketplace for trading in-game items, bridging the gap between web2 and web3 gaming. Players and OpenSea users alike will be able to trade in-game NFT items for any game built on the GUNZ blockchain and utilize the “GUN” token as the exclusive method of payment. The first project launching on GUNZ will be Gunzilla Games’ highly anticipated cyberpunk-style battle royale Off The Grid, which will be released on PC, Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X|S this year.

The news follows Gunzilla Games’ recent announcement of a combined $30M of funding consisting of a $10M strategic token round co-led by CoinFund and the Avalanche Foundation’s Blizzard Fund and with participation by Republic Capital and Morningstar Ventures.
