New data from crypto experts dappGambl can reveal the best companies to work at in the world of crypto.
Employment website CryptoJobsList revealed job adverts on the site have almost doubled in March so far versus a year ago, due to a strong start to 2024 which has seen the crypto industry rebound.
With this news in mind, dappgGambl has delved into the data to find out which companies have the best rating on the job review website Glassdoor, as well as the companies and locations around the world with the most job openings currently, according to CryptoJobsList.
The data reveals that NFT marketplace Magic Eden sits at the top of the tree, alongside Offchain Labs, who build products to help scale Ethereum, and cryptocurrency platform EXMO.com for the companies with the best Glassdoor scores. All three held a perfect 5-star rating.
In second place, with a score of 4.9, came Nethermind, a company which researches and develops solutions for blockchain privacy. Sitting in joint third place is Ethereum Foundation and Lunar Strategy, both of whom hold a 4.7 Glassdoor score.

The data highlights that Binance is by far the company with the most job opportunities, with 251 job listings currently live across all six continents on the website CryptoJobsList. Binance currently holds a 3.4 Glassdoor score.
Aptos sits in second place – the global company that was founded in 2021 currently has 42 jobs open, and holds a 3.8 Glassdoor score.
New York-based digital asset and blockchain company Galaxy is third with 38 jobs currently available, according to CryptoJobsList. The company also has 3.6 Glassdoor score.
44% of new crypto jobs are currently listed as remote
Nearly half (44%) of current jobs listed on the website CryptoJobsList are described as remote opportunities, showing how global and fluid the industry is.
The continent with the most in office jobs is Asia, which leads the way with 242 jobs. Asia’s main crypto hubs include Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Dubai.
North America is the next biggest location in terms of job listings, with 110 jobs mainly based in New York and San Francisco in the USA.

dappGambl took all job listing from the website CryptoJobsList for all jobs posted within the last month up to 25/03/2024. They used Glassdoor scores for each company where possible.
