YZi Labs welcomed Jane He as General Partner to lead its biotech investments, while contributing to its broader strategy across AI and Web3.
With a distinguished track record in investing, Jane joined YZi Labs to contribute to its mission of making meaningful impact, driven by her passion for biotech innovation—a passion rooted in her family of doctors.
Before joining YZi Labs, Jane was an investor and Chief Operating Officer at a Hong Kong-based hedge fund, where she focused on growth-oriented investments in biotech and innovation-driven sectors. Her portfolio and research spanned cancer therapies (immunotherapy, cell therapy, ADCs), metabolic treatments (GLP-1 for obesity and Type 2 diabetes), oligonucleotide therapeutics (mRNA, siRNA, ASO), gene editing, sequencing, and medical devices. She is also actively exploring opportunities at the intersection of AI and biotech.
Jane also held leadership roles at PAAMCO Prisma, an alternative investment management firm, where she managed its investments into other funds in Asia. Jane holds an MBA from Stanford University, where she graduated as Arjay Miller Scholar.
