Recognition celebrates leaders advancing gender inclusion in the workplace
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--WisdomTree, Inc. (NYSE: WT), a global financial innovator, today announced that four of its leaders have been recognized on INvolve’s 2026 ‘Heroes Role Model Lists supported by YouTube.’ Marci Frankenthaler, Chief Legal Officer, and Derya Elmali, Head of RFP, Sales, were named to the Heroes Executives Role Model List, while Kaleigh Wilkinson, Associate Director, Sales, and Shannon Cairns, Business Management Analyst, were recognized on the Heroes Future Leaders Role Model List.
INvolve’s ‘Heroes Role Model Lists supported by YouTube’ recognize women executives, emerging leaders, and advocates who are helping advance gender inclusion in business. This year’s honorees are celebrated for using their leadership and influence to create opportunities for others and drive meaningful progress within their organizations and beyond.

All four honorees play active leadership roles in WisdomTree’s WIN, an employee-led program focused on advancing gender equity through mentorship, professional development, and leadership opportunities. Open to all genders across the organization, WIN connects colleagues at all levels and functions, fosters relationships with peers and senior leaders, and supports career growth and development across the firm.
The Heroes Executives Role Model List
Marci Frankenthaler, Chief Legal Officer, founded WisdomTree’s WIN and continues to serve as its executive sponsor, helping shape the network’s strategy and supporting initiatives including executive roundtables, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Marci also helped establish WisdomTree’s global Communication and Connection Collective (C3), which focuses on strengthening fairness and consistency across recruiting, feedback, and promotion processes. Through these efforts, she has helped create opportunities for colleagues to build relationships, develop professionally, and expand their access to leadership. This marks Marci’s third consecutive year on the Heroes Executives Role Model List.
Derya Elmali, Head of RFP, Sales, has served in leadership roles within WisdomTree’s WIN, including helping lead its mentorship program, which creates opportunities for colleagues to build relationships and learn from one another across functions and geographies. She is also an active contributor to WisdomTree’s C3 and helps lead the firm’s participation in the annual 9/11 Day of Service, bringing colleagues together to give back to the community. Since joining WisdomTree in 2016, Derya has been a strong advocate for inclusion, connection, and professional development, drawing on 20 years of financial services experience and a career built on collaboration across teams and geographies.
The Heroes Future Leaders Role Model List
Kaleigh Wilkinson, Associate Director, Sales, serves as U.S. Co-Chair of WisdomTree’s WIN, helping lead programming and initiatives designed to support professional development, mentorship, and connection across the organization. In her role at WisdomTree, Kaleigh focuses on cultivating and growing key relationships with independent broker-dealers and brings eight years of asset management industry experience across sales and marketing. Beyond WisdomTree, she is a member of Women in ETFs and serves on the Board of Advisors for Nomi Network, a nonprofit dedicated to combating human trafficking by creating pathways to safe employment.
Shannon Cairns, Business Management Analyst, has strengthened external partnerships with organizations including Women in ETFs, Female Invest, Women in Investment and Fondsfrauen, expanding networking and collaboration opportunities for women in finance. As Chair of WisdomTree’s WIN in Europe, she leads 48 members across five subcommittees and introduced a global mentoring program connecting colleagues across Europe and the US. Shannon also leads development and social-impact initiatives that support women both within WisdomTree and the broader community.
