PKF awards EasyA the highest possible audit opinion on its 2024 and 2025 financial statements
SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EasyA, the engine powering the world's leading blockchain and AI companies, today announced the successful completion of a full independent audit to the highest and most rigorous standards in the United States (PCAOB standards). This represents one of the most significant milestones in EasyA's history. The audit was conducted by PKF, one of the world's 15 largest audit firms, with more than 23,000 people across 150 countries.
PKF's audit identified zero material weaknesses at EasyA. This is a significant achievement: according to PwC, roughly half of all companies going public on the NYSE and Nasdaq since 2019 have disclosed at least one material weakness.
