Chris McMillan Joins as Managing Director in Charlotte
CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Houlihan Lokey, Inc. (NYSE:HLI), the global investment bank, announced today that Chris McMillan has joined as a Managing Director in its FinTech Group. Based in Charlotte, Mr. McMillan will focus on the digital assets sector.
Mr. McMillan joins the firm with a wealth of experience in M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory. Most recently, he founded 3V Capital Partners, a boutique advisory firm that provides M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory services to technology companies, with a focus on blockchain/digital assets, AI infrastructure, and software. Prior to founding 3V Capital, he served as the Head of Blockchain and Co-Head of Internet Investment Banking at Credit Suisse.
