Frank assumes the role after four years of driving technology and operational excellence as Managing Director within the company.
A recognized global FinTech executive with over 25 years of experience in capital markets and financial technology, Frank has a proven track record of building businesses, scaling organizations and delivering transformative market infrastructure. He most recently spearheaded the successful launch of Lynq, the real-time, interest-bearing settlement network for digital asset institutions, in collaboration with Tassat’s partners, Arca Labs and tZERO Group. In his new role, Frank will oversee Tassat’s technology and infrastructure operations, while driving the platform roadmap and cultivating Tassat’s ecosystem of institutional partners.

Prior to joining Tassat, Frank held senior leadership positions at The London Stock Exchange Group, Citibank, Thesys Technologies, Liquidnet, and Deloitte & Touche, where he managed large-scale transformations in financial technology and market infrastructure. He played key roles in projects such as the SEC-mandated Consolidated Audit Trail and the launch of E*Trade Bank in Germany.
